1-1 Personal Training

Group sessions keep you physically active, personal training creates specific results and life changing behaviours.

Personal training is a great option if you have specific goals, suffer from chronic pain and injuries, short time lines, require on-going accountability, you’re new to fitness or looking to push your current limits.

Our trainers are the best in Huron County. We use evidence based training methods to address fitness, nutrition and lifestyle management. We believe in long term approaches that create sustainable results. We are NOT for you if you’re looking for a quick fix. Read more about our trainers here.

Starts at 64$/session.

All sessions to be paid in advance. All pricing is + tax. Our coaches can help recommend the best package for you after your first session.

2-1 Personal training

Friends who lift together stay together. Two is better than one when you’re dragging your partner in, cheering on your BFF, or you’re supporting a parent in their journey! Bring a partner with you and save on your personal training rates. Plans will be customized to match the goals of both participants.

Starts at 88$/session.

We all start somewhere. The gym can be an intimidating place to walk into. We want you to know that at Jolt, we have your best interests in mind. We will do everything we can to ensure you progress towards your goals in a space that is comfortable and welcoming for you.

PERSONAL TRAINING spotlightS

Keaton’s progress in his mobility & injury prevention work

We were able to assist athletes Teegan & Keaton in their 2021 off-season in preparation for tryouts for Erie Otters, Listowel Cyclones & Huron Perth Lakers.

We focused our efforts most on their deadlift & squats (great for hockey strength/power) and pull ups (for fitness testing). You can see their improvements on the report card. They made progress in all of their other lifts as well like bench press, split squats, single leg deadlifts, etc.

We also specifically trained for Teegan's fitness testing with long jump, vertical jump and ball throw.

We wish both the boys all the success in their 2021/2022 seasons.

THE REIDS

The Reid family is the greatest testament to our pursuit to offer the highest quality fitness education and active health care for our entire community.

“Michelle and I are in our 50’s and were not looking to become “body builders” by going to the gym. Simply put, we were looking to improve our physical fitness levels, mental wellbeing and nutritional knowledge.

Katie put together a plan that was very doable and flexible to each of our individual needs/ailments, all the while still challenging enough for us to see continuous improvements in all areas.

Coach Siggy is very good at providing many options and variations of workouts to meet any and all ailments that come up time to time. Her wealth of knowledge and experience, in everything she and her team offers, is “second to none” in our opinion. Siggy has been an outstanding “Coach” in all regards.

BARB D.

Barb was one of our first members at Jolt when we opened our doors. She started personal training after a year of classes at Jolt. She is always eager to learn more about the methods and dive deeper into strength programming. Barb is fierce, energetic, honest, positive and incredibly strong! These photos were taken on her 59th birthday. At this time, Barb can squat 125 pounds (4 reps), complete pull-ups, and deadlift 175 pounds (5 reps).

I am 59 years old and suffer from an auto immune disorder which leaves me in pain 90% of the time. I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstructive surgery 7 years ago. I honestly thought I would never get to the point I am now with my fitness journey. I’ve gotten out of it what I’ve put into it, a hell of a lot of hard work and sweat. I’m very proud of myself but wouldn’t of reached this point without the support of the Jolt Team. They truly are the best.”

MATT C.

Matt started personal training shortly after we opened in fall 2020. Matt chose Jolt Fitness for our evidence based practices and knowledgeable coaches. He commutes 30 minutes from London for our sessions so that he can train with our coaches. He has made significant improvements in his strength, cardio, nutrition and mobility. Our weekly sessions with Matt enable him to continue his workouts throughout the week at home. Matt works a physically and mentally demanding job that requires him to operate at the highest standard. Matt is always eager to learn and progress. When he first started, we mastered the basics of form and consistency. We progressed his strength in bench press, squat, deadlift, row, strict press and everything in-between. We are now progressing onto power training and Olympic lifting. Matt is caring, consistent, and committed to being his best self for his family and work. We see all those traits carry into his training as well.

“I knew that I wanted a well-educated and credentialed coach for personal training who could guide me to my goals without putting me at risk of injury. I spent hours doing my research, and Coach Siggy and Jolt Fitness seemed to meet my needs. At my initial assessment, I was impressed by Siggy’s knowledge and professionalism.

I like receiving guidance and support from coaches with extensive education in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise prescription. I like that safety is paramount at Jolt – I immediately wanted to start getting stronger, but Siggy identified some shortcomings in my flexibility that needed to be addressed first to ensure that I didn’t injure myself. Siggy has been careful with progressing my workouts, and always makes sure my technique is solid before increasing the workload.

Jolt Fitness is not like other gyms. If you’ve found it hard to stick with a routine, Jolt can give you the tools to be consistent.
