ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Jim started at Jolt in 2022 and after 5 sessions with his trainer he had the confidence, education, and knowledge to move to Online Personal Training.

In the last 9 months Jim has dedicated his time and efforts to improving his overall mobility and increasing his strength focusing on correcting the drastic limitations in his upper back/shoulder mobility.

Now that Jim is moving pain-free without limitations he is stronger than ever. Jim really enjoys the progressive programming Coach Bri provides every month as well as the in-person check-ins.
