LIFT
Type: Weight training

Lifting enthusiasts and beginners alike can participate in this progressive strength building class. Resistance training is a necessity for everyone and should be the core of your training. It helps build muscle, manage chronic pain and disease, increase your metabolism, and reduce body fat. Lift builds your resilient body and needs to be a priority for everyone. In this slower paced class you will have access to high quality coaches to ask questions and receive education on movement form. This class is for all fitness levels.
MOBILITY & CORE
Type: Mobility & stability
Time: 50 minutes
Equipment: Foam roller, bands, massage balls
How: Instructional
Mobility is the range of motion throughout your joints. Mobility is the missing piece to great lifts and moving pain free. With mobility we need control through the movement using stability. Mobility and core strength is injury prevention and care for your joints. This class is for all fitness levels.
FIT FOR LIFE

Movement for life is the goal. In this class we address mobility and stability. Our low impact beginners classes encourage healthy joints, bone density, muscle development and pain free movement. This class helps replicate real life to help keep everyone safe and healthy. This class is a $15 drop in for those over age 55. However, all beginners can attend this class. This class runs in 6 week blocks 3-4 times per year.
ATHLETE

Build your athleticism with power drills, Olympic or power lifting, and conditioning sessions that ignite your full potential. Whether you’re looking to take your game to the next level or tap into your full human capacity, this performance based class is for you. Utilize sprint parachutes, agility drills, barbell chains and bands to differentiate your training and learn new skills.
CROSSTRAIN
Type: High Intensity Resistance & Circuit Training
Time: 60 minutes
Equipment: All
How: Intervals, circuits, sets and reps, amraps, emoms
Structure: Ignite (extended warm-up), skills practice, strength & conditioning blocks.
Crosstrain will push your limits in a fast paced environment. This high intensity class includes strength and endurance resistance training that will drive your fitness to the next level. This class will help push you outside your comfort zone. We recommend trying a Lift class before joining a Crosstrain class. Crosstrain45 is a 45 minute class.
SWEAT
Type: Cardiovascular conditioning
Time: 45-60 minutes
Equipment: Cardio machines & functional (limited equipment)
How: Intervals, circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs & Pyramids
Sweat will make you do just that. This blood pumping workout will increase your heart rate to develop strong lungs, heart, and work ethic. Sweat will help release those feel good endorphins and increase your cardiovascular capacity. This class is for all fitness levels. Sweat45 is a 45 minute version of the 60 minute class.
YOGA
Type: Yoga

Our yoga classes are here to help you feel your best, increase flexibility and body weight strength, relax and recharge. These classes help you connect to your inner athlete and understand your body better. This class is for all fitness levels. Yoga30 and Yoga45 are 30 minutes and 45 minutes, respectively.
STRONGKIDS
Type: Resistance training fundamental movement skills & conditioning

Strongkids teaches youth movement for life by giving them an outlet to learn, challenge, adapt and overcome obstacles. At Strongkids we make fitness fun with relays, games, and group activities. Give them the tools to be healthy their entire life. Jolt provides a safe place for youth to socialize. Strongkids is a $15 cash drop in and participants should register online. Ages 9-13.
COREHIIT
Type: Core strength & cardio intervals
Time: 45 minutes

How: Intervals, EMOM’s, AMRAPs, Pyramids, circuits, sets and reps
This 45 minute class is sure to make you feel the burn and burst with energy. It develops functional core strength through all planes of motion. It targets trunk stability, rotation, flexion and extension. That's a 360 degree core workout. Plus bonus intervals of cardio to spike your heart rate and keep you moving.
