IN GYM PROGRAMS

At Jolt Fitness we offer a variety of in person specialized programs. Programs run in 4-8 week blocks 1-3x per year. These programs must be registered for in advance and differ from our regular classes and personal training. These programs help create a more custom approach to your fitness.

ONLINE PROGRAMS

Take Jolt Trainers in your pocket with you where ever you train. Our online programs help customize training with individually built programs that address focused goals and produce specific outcomes. Our online programs delivered through our private online app include video demonstrations and workouts can be completed on your own schedule.
