LATE CANCEL POLICY

Everyone is eager to get their spot in class. We kindly ask that participants remove themselves from the attendance list via Gym Master of any class they cannot attend. Participants are to cancel 8 hours before class start time, otherwise they will be charged a late cancel fee of $15 (unlimited memberships) or lose a pass off your punchcard. Participants are to arrive at least 5 minutes early to class to ensure the trainers have enough time to set the participant up. If the participant does not arrive 5 minutes before class start them, then the participant may lose the spot to someone on the wait list who is present. The late cancel policy applies to everyone and all memberships. If there is not a valid payment option on your account, you will be notified twice. If the payment option is not updated, your membership will be cancelled with no refunds.

PERSONAL TRAINING:

Our late cancel policy helps hold us accountable. We require an 24 hour notice before cancelling personal training sessions. No shows or late cancels will lose a session off their package.

WAIT LIST POLICY

If class is sold out you will see a “wait list” appear. If there is a wait list, you can jump on it! As soon as a spot opens up (they usually do) you will be notified and automatically bumped into the class. You can always cancel yourself from the wait list for no charge, but once you’re in the class the late cancel policy will apply. It is your responsibility to take yourself off the wait list if you do not want to attend class. The waitlist is accepted in chronological order in relation to time of booking.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION POLICY

All memberships will auto-renew monthly from your start up date. If the member wishes to cancel the membership the member must do so before the cancellation window. Please notify Jolt Fitness 10 days in advance of your renewal date if you wish to cancel your membership.

Inclement Weather

In the event that inclement weather presents a risk to our staff, power outages, and members, management will make a decision about whether to change our regular gym schedule hours including closing early or delaying our opening.  The group fitness schedule is subject to changes depending on weather conditions. Cancelled personal training sessions are up to the discretion of the trainer. All members will be contacted prior to class time with efforts made to cancel class at least 3 hours prior to start time. This decision will be made based on Government Canada’s special weather statements and warnings, what is presently occurring in our surroundings, and the recommendations of the Huron County OPP and other local authorities. 

LOST & FOUND

Please contact us if you forgot something in the gym. All unclaimed items are donated to a local charity on the 30th of each month.
