The Learn to Kickbox program at Jolt Fitness is a 60-minute session designed to teach the striking basics - jab, cross, hook and stance positioning (kicks to come later!). Combining the art of boxing with fitness, the Kickbox program provides a dynamic workout for both the mind and body. Rooted in integrity and a deep respect for the sport of boxing, participants can expect a high-intensity mental and physical workout that emphasizes both skill development and enjoyment. We have everything you need including gloves and pads. All you have do is show up and be ready to tackle new skills!
To continue participating in our Kickboxing program on our regular schedule, members are required to purchase wraps from Jolt Fitness and are also encouraged to invest in their own gloves.
