This is a 4 week program (1 session per week) for girl’s ages 15-17. Each 75 minute session includes a 15 minute new skill introduction (brace, squat, deadlift, row, press) and 30 minute workout. Plus a new self confidence building challenge each week, where we will dive into deep work in our Her Strength Project workbooks. After this 4 week program our girl’s will feel more empowered in their health decisions, confident in their uniqueness, resilient to societal pressures, and are equipped with skills to navigate the world of health and fitness with strength.
Investment: $129 + tax includes unlimited access to all classes for 4 weeks and 4 x Her Strength Project sessions.
