Youth Fitness Class (Ages 10-13)
Ready to unleash some energy and have a blast? Our Youth Fitness Class for ages 10-13 is the strongest way to get kids moving and excited about fitness!
Class Details:
π Time: Tuesdays at 4PM for 60 minutes for 6 weeks starting October 29th
ποΈββοΈ Equipment: All gear provided, just bring clean indoor shoes and water
In this fun and dynamic class, we engage kids with fitness and physical activity that challenges and develops fundamental movement skills through engaging drills and games. Our goal is to introduce youth to the gym environment while highlighting the amazing benefits of living an active lifestyle. Strongkids is a great place for youth to socialize, create healthy habits and build confidence in a gym environment. Youth who participate in Strongkids are more likely to be active for life!

Drop-in Rate: Just $10, please register in advance online. Attend for all 6 weeks or drop in when you can amidst a busy schedule. Payment can be made online or in person. Youth waivers must be signed by a guardian. Waivers can be signed online or in person at the first session. Parents are welcome to stick around in the lobby or come back for pick up.
*If the 6 weeks are well attended we will extend the program beyond 6 weeks
