Mom + Baby fitness classes help new moms rebuild their strength and confidence. Join us for this low intensity fitness class focused on building your resilient body and increasing your energy. This class is a progression of our Post Natal Rehab program that will help mom's transition from rehab into Lift, Cross Train, Sweat classes and more! Socialize with other new parents, bring your children, and be a health leader for your family.
You’ll learn and progress key movements to building a resilient body like barbell deadlift, squats, pushing, pulling and more!
All mom’s and children welcome, your child can be 10 weeks, 10 months or beyond. The Post Natal Rehab program is recommend before participating, but not mandatory.
