Our signature Learn to Lift program is back every Saturday @ 8AM for four weeks starting January 6th 2024.
Whether you have been to a gym before and felt “out of place” or you’re unsure of where to even get started then this program is for you. If you have tried to start a fitness routine before, but gave up after feeling run down, meeting a plateau, or injured and unmotivated then we’re here to help! After completing Learn to Lift, you will feel more confident walking into the gym and have a better understanding of how to move with resiliency and quality.
This is a pre-registered program for a progressive four week commitment to your health and fitness. This program sets up fitness beginners for a successful 2024, it will teach you resistance training on a depth you’ve never experienced before.
Learn to lift is a four week program with one 60 minute session per week. The commitment for this program is $179+tax and includes a one month gym membership with access to ALL classes, plus your private small group Learn to Lift sessions.
