Join us for Jolt Testing Day where the Jolt Fam will be challenged to an express version of the Jolt Fitness Test. This annual testing day allows members to track their yearly progress and receive semi-customized training suggestions on areas of improvement. Use this data to help you progress and make the right fitness choices for your resilient body and high quality life.
Testing protocol:
Strength Balance: 3 Rep Max Deadlift, Back Squat, Bench Press, Strict Press & Chin Ups
Mobility Testing
You'll walk away with in depth knowledge of your body's:
Strength Balance: Are you needing to work more on upper or lower body? Pushing or pulling? Bi-lateral or uni-lateral strength? Should you choose dumbbells or barbells?
Mobility Restrictions: What mobility drills should you be doing? How can you customize your warm-up? Should you be doing extra drills at home? We'll take your results and send you in the right direction.
Finish the morning celebrating your on-going progress with the Jolt Fam and goodie’s from our friends at Reign Body Fuel, Flourish Pancakes, and Culture Shock Kombucha. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate you and Jolt’s Birthday!
This is a drop-in event for current and expired members (including online members) between 8am-11am. Each testing block takes about 30-40 minutes per person. You will be assigned a personal trainer upon arrival.

We suggest re-testing every 6 months for best results, accountability, and on-going personalization of your personal growth.
