Jolt is offering a specialized Athlete Development Camp designed to transform U15 and U17 athletes into resilient, lightning-fast, and powerful athletes, ready to excel in their sports. This 12-week program, running from May 20th to August 14th, provides a crucial introduction to progressive resistance training, equipping young athletes with the tools to confidently and effectively enhance their performance. Training sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 pm, with athletes having the option to train 1 or 2 times per week.
Program Details:
Athlete Groups: U15 & U17 (all sports)
Dates: May 20th - August 14th
Training Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00 PM (option to train 1 or 2x per week)
Location: Jolt Fitness, 4-182 Elgin Street, Centralia, ON (right on Highway 4 between Lucan and Exeter)
Group Size: Small group training, maximum 12 athletes per group
Coaching: Certified strength and conditioning specialists with experience working with youth athletes
Equipment: Free weights, resistance bands, plyometric boxes, and speed and agility training tools
This program will provide young athletes with the tools and support necessary to optimize their training and reach their full potential in all sports.
