At Jolt Fitness we believe that fitness is MORE then just 6-packs and biceps. We believe fitness is health care. We build our methods on 3 pillars: Strength, Integrity & Respect.
STRENGTH
Being strong physically and mentally contributes to life outside the gym. We believe that once we stop obsessing over how our body looks, and start focusing on what our body can do we will find true freedom and optimal health. We believe there is strength in numbers and a solid community is necessary to meeting your goals. Jolt is here to help you level up your strength mentally and physically. No teammate left behind, we are here to push you to your next level, to build the best version of you, and empower you to live your optimal life.
INTEGRITY
Integrity is consistently standing up for what you believe to be right. It defines who you are and what you believe in. At Jolt, we believe it’s about showing up and working towards your best self, every damn day. We believe in the underdog mentality, that nothing is given and everything is earned. It’s about putting in hard work even when no one is watching. We believe how you do anything, is how you do everything. We train with integrity using trusted experience based programming and science based methods.
RESPECT
Respect for your body, mind, and others. We are here to help you feel good, not punish you for what you ate, who you are, how you look, or how fit you are. We encourage people to listen to and respect their bodies each day. We do not body shame, hyper focus on aesthetics, and we do not encourage disrespectful actions to and words about our bodies. We respect everyone in whatever point of your fitness journey you are in and we meet you where you are at and we coach to what YOU need. Respect for others means building each other up, leaving no teammate behind, and pushing each other to the next level. At Jolt there is a workout for everyone.

OUR METHODS
The gym is a place to add quality years and time to your life. At Jolt, we are changing the narrative on what you expect the typical gym experience to be. We are educated health care professionals who train based on science with integrity. This is not just a place to burn calories, get sweaty, build abs, and punish ourselves. This is a place for your physical and mental health. It’s a place where we change your lifestyle and your current functional limits. We change your life one day at a time until we have built resilient bodies that enjoy their life to the fullest.
ANATOMICAL LIMITS - These are things we cannot change like genetics, autoimmune diseases, injuries from childhood that altered your growth, etc. We can’t change these, but we may be able to help you manage the symptoms of them.
FUNCTIONAL LIMITS - These are your bodies limits that we CAN change. This is chronic back pain, achey neck, stiff hips, tight muscles, etc. By addressing your mobility and stability imbalances we can help improve quality of life, reduce chronic pain, and help you feel your best. By improving our functional limits, we have more room for the good stuff!
LIFESTYLE - Through personal training and educated support during classes we can help you create lifestyle changes. We can improve your sleep, manage your stress, guide your nutrition, and help increase the quality of your life. By changing your lifestyle we reduce the poor effects from lack of sleep, high stress, and poor nutrition. Now that we have more room for the good stuff!
EXERCISE STRESS - Exercise stress is the good stuff, when applied in the right dosage. Too much exercise can lead to symptoms of overtraining like weight gain/loss, hair loss, poor sleep, injury (+ more). At Jolt, we customize workouts to what your body needs. In doing this, we offer a workout that pushes you just under your capacity. Consistently working just below your capacity, helps improve your capacity. Now you can do MORE with LESS stress on your body.
At Jolt, we do things differently. We have methods that work. Nothing is random, everything is calculated. All you have to do is show up! We can’t wait for you to check it out for yourself.
