Learn to Lift is the ultimate beginner program to help you learn all the fundamental movement patterns from head to toe. Completing this program will help you to feel confident training on your own or joining in on Jolt session. This program is for beginners who are ready to build a resilient body and live a high quality life.
By completing this four week program you will learn:
Fundamental movement patterns with good form
To build a well rounded training plan
The details on how to breathe, brace and stack your body for optimal posture
How hard to push yourself to see results
What weights to choose to avoid plateaus
The confidence to join Jolt Lift sessions
Whether you have been to a gym before and felt “out of place” or you’re unsure of where to even get started then this program is for you. If you have tried to start a fitness routine before, but gave up after feeling run down, meeting a plateau, or injured and unmotivated then we’re here to help! After completing Learn to Lift, you will feel more confident walking into the gym and have a better understanding of how to move with resiliency and quality.
Learn to lift is a four week program with one 60 minute session per week. The commitment for this program is $179+tax and includes a one month gym membership and access to ALL classes.
