The Lift Lifestyle is a resistance training program created to ensure no one feels lost in the gym, everyone gets the most effective workout, and nobody is wasting their time with uneducated programming. You get to take our personal trainers with you to your gym in your pocket!

The Lift Lifestyle is for for self motivated go-getters, who are ready to say hello to long term sustainable results. You will receive full instruction from a trainer on exercise form, create sustainable healthy habits, and have life long success. If you’re looking for a quick weight loss plan and if you’re not willing to put in the consistent work, then this is NOT for you.

Although, the Lift Lifestyle can provide great results aesthetically, the main goal is to get strong, live pain and injury free, and create healthy habits for life. The Lift Lifestyle puts an end to yo-yo dieting and on and off again fitness routines. The Lift Lifestyle is a progressive long term lifestyle program built to make sustainable changes that leave you stronger than you ever have been.

Every month you will receive your training program straight to your phone, with our easy to use app you will always have your program on hand. The app provides easy access to your training schedule, live updates on your programming week over week, and a complete video exercise library so that you’re confident and efficient with your training.

We’ve all been there… Looking around the weights section of the gym, wondering where to start, in what order, and why the heck that one guy is always screaming under the leg press? Yeah, we get it. The gym is an intimidating place. That’s why we have created an easy to follow app and program that guarantees confidence and begs you to take up space in that gym.

MARIS - FIRST DEADLIFT

MARIS - ONE YEAR

I’ve had tons of increases in my strength, and have learned how to properly complete all major lifts. When I started this program I didn’t know how to deadlift, and now I’m deadlifting 135#! There’s also a focus on building strength slowly. I’ve noticed huge changes in my whole body, but especially my core, which has improved my technique for all lifts, and improved my posture in day to day life. I’ve also noticed huge mental strength increases from these workouts. I don’t always WANT to workout, but I get it done, and it’s become a coping mechanism for me. I look forward to workouts as my one hour to myself, where all I need to think about is completing the workout.

EVERY MONTH INCLUDES:

YOU WILL NEED:

Start by subscribing to our email list, you’ll receive monthly training tips and updates. If you’re in the South Huron area you are best to book in a few sessions with us @ Jolt Fitness, so we can review form and assess your movement. If you are remote, we will address your needs via email. You will need basic lifting technique to do this on your own.

Gym version: A fully equipped gym including barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells (optional), bench, and mini and long loop bands and/or cables

At home version: 1 pair of dumbbells, 1 mini band & 1 long loop band

HOW THE PROGRAM CYCLES:

Life Lifestyle (in gym) cycles through phases of SHRED (muscle hypertrophy and conditioning) and STRENGTH (muscular strength). Through each 4 week cycle, you will progressively push your body to new limits through safe and effective programming. Each level becomes more advanced and adds new training techniques as you move through a full year of programming. There is a complete three years of programming available!

The at-home version progressively becomes more challenging over time by movement variation and cycles through four week phases of tempo. There is one year of programming available.
