YOU WILL NEED:
Start by subscribing to our email list, you’ll receive monthly training tips and updates. If you’re in the South Huron area you are best to book in a few sessions with us @ Jolt Fitness, so we can review form and assess your movement. If you are remote, we will address your needs via email. You will need basic lifting technique to do this on your own.
Gym version: A fully equipped gym including barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells (optional), bench, and mini and long loop bands and/or cables
At home version: 1 pair of dumbbells, 1 mini band & 1 long loop band

HOW THE PROGRAM CYCLES:
Life Lifestyle (in gym) cycles through phases of SHRED (muscle hypertrophy and conditioning) and STRENGTH (muscular strength). Through each 4 week cycle, you will progressively push your body to new limits through safe and effective programming. Each level becomes more advanced and adds new training techniques as you move through a full year of programming. There is a complete three years of programming available!
The at-home version progressively becomes more challenging over time by movement variation and cycles through four week phases of tempo. There is one year of programming available.
