BUILD A BODY

The Build program is a muscle building aesthetic based routine. A realistic body building inspired program that does not require endless hours in the gym. The goal of this program is to build upper body mass and is specifically focused on the "show" muscles of the body (shoulders, arms, torso, glutes).


This program is for intermediate to advanced lifters who want to look as strong as they feel. This program is for people who are busy, but still want to prioritize their appearance with a healthy goal orientated method.

This 8 week training program, includes 3 full body lifts (60 minutes) and two additional trigger sessions (15-20 minute targeted sessions). The goal of this program is an overload in frequency of hitting targeted muscle groups to result in muscle building and aesthetic pumps.

This program needs a full gym to be completed. Jolt offers an open gym membership ($49.99+tax) for participants of this program.
